Our Client is into manufacturing of Mobility Aids in the Healthcare segment, Automobile Accessories & Office Furnitures. They have an established exports market and were intent on building domestic presence.  They were lacking in proper production planning and control over various related processes. The Inventory management had damaging impacts on the bottom-line. Mindstone intervened with development of process maps and redefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with development of KPIs for Management Control over processes. Client had serious issues around cash-flow mismatch because of lack of control over inventory and production processes. Our proprietary Production Planning & Control (PPC) was installed for scientific planning and auto-scheduling of productions to arrest inventory costs and to meet certainty in planned production. Mindstone proposed the roadmap for marketing of products and subsequently developed the Go-to-Market models for successfully deploying Sales & Distribution Channels. Our Client realized increase in Sales Revenues owing to market acquisition and decrease in operating costs because of efficient production planning.
