Our Client is into manufacturing of Mobility Aids in the Healthcare segment, Automobile Accessories & Office Furnitures. They have an established exports market and were intent on building domestic presence. They were lacking in proper production planning and control over various related processes. The Inventory management had damaging impacts on the bottom-line. Mindstone intervened with development of process maps and redefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with development of KPIs for Management Control over processes.
