Our Client is into wafers & snacks manufacturing business and produces chips, rice & corn sticks, rings, assorted namkeens, popcorn, etc. They offer 50+ SKUs to the consumers and have one production facility and a warehouse. Prior to Mindstone’s engagement, they were grappling with the issues of under-utilization of production capacity, unplanned supply chain, inappropriate sales and lower brand visibility. Mindstone did an initial assessment of the issues and identified the root causes. The Client was proposed a two-pronged strategic intervention model wherein prognosis under production and sales would be implemented for correction. ‘Go-to-Market’ was planned for a pilot market with a revamped strategy of turning-around market penetration. The plan was successfully deployed in target market and it helped the Client to increase market penetration with increase in brand visibility. Also, scientific planning & scheduling practices in the plant increased the utilization of production capacity. These interventions are helping our Client to grow top-line and penetrate market with quality products.
