Home Page: The website shall have a home page which should have following items in display-

• The logo of Mindstone Maven
• Contact number and e-mail address for the Head Office
• A banner which rotates automatically with time: A banner should be there which rotates after some time.
• Attractive Video: An attractive video shall be present on the website homepage.
• Buttons able to direct to respective page-

Services Button: The services button should be present on home page. So when we bring mouse on the services button, a pop-up should appear which displays the various services provided by us. After hovering our mouse on this, a pop up should appear to choose further option for different services. The services include:

• Financial Advisory and Syndication
• Marketing and CRM
• Banking and Finance Industry
• Operations Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Information Technology
• Corporate Finance and Control
• Inbound Investment Advisory

Also, it should be noted that if the user clicks on services button, options shall be available on separate page. This will make the website more user friendly.

About Page:  The about page should contain the following-

• Mission
• Vision
• Objectives of company
• Description of company
• Advantages of engaging Mindstone Maven services
• Important milestones achieved by Mindstone Maven

Career Page: If someone is willing to work for Mindstone Maven, the person should have a platform to send his resume and apply for the job. The career page should list down the fields and available job openings. The person can send resume accordingly which will be directed to Mindstone Maven`s Human Resources.

Contact: A contact button on home page should be able to direct user to a separate page regarding contacts. The contact page should give e-mail Id and phone number to connect to head office. Also a navigation app should be added in order to make a customer reach Mindstone Maven’s office.

A search Button: A search button should be able to direct the customer directly to the services he is searching for or any information present in the website.

Buttons to Direct towards Social media website: There should be symbol for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other Social medial pattern. Having clicked on the button the user will be directed to company`s link in social media pattern. The social media posts will be updated regularly about the various achievements of Mindstone Maven.

Video: The video will give a brief documentary about company and its important milestone. It should also give importance of using Mindstone Maven`s services with features, benefits and advantage.

Tracking Viewers: The website would also assist in tracking viewers. Having traced user`s activity would help us improve website and know about their behaviour.

Connection with Mobile Application: There should also be a facility to direct user to mobile application. Having an app in user`s mobile phone will help us publicise and interact better with the customers and result in providing better and efficient services.

Newsletter: Having a newsletter in the website will keep the website visitors updated about recent updates in the field of finance, government policies, gold rates, etc. The source of this newsletter would include Research Papers, Articles, Blogs, etc. The newsletter and banner will keep on revolving similarly. Having clicked on any newsfeed the customer will be directed to new window which will give detailed description about the news.

Administrator: An administrator will have an authority to approve/ disapprove all changes at website.

Sign-in Feature for website: This feature is available on User`s End and Admin’s End. The user can sign in with his G-mail or FB account or sign up separately and then sign in. After they sign a window of account manager will appear on screen. With this window relevant changes can be made to their account which is explained in next point. After making changes they can simply visit website which will appear according to the feature available to them.

A real-time/Dynamic Website: The website will show dynamism which means there will be different accessibility feature at user’s end and administrator`s end:

• From User`s end: The user will have an option to create account to log-in. He will also have an option to log-in from Gmail account, FB account or Twitter Account. So the User`s account will have following features:
  • An email facility to connect with the administrator.
  • Through his account the user would be able to access and subscribe for RSS Feed of newsletter.
• Administrator`s End: The administrator account will be a key account who will have authority to make changes. The admin account will have following features:
  • Track User activities: There will be a feature in admin account where he can easily track the number of users to their website, track their activities (especially the products they visited or added to cart), track users’ location so that he can maintain communication with the respective distributor of that location.
  • Maintain communication with the user: He should be able to make the user access the information of his choice.
